REFLECTIVE JOURNAL

PERSONAL LEARNING and REFLECTION:
My course is about cooking recipes so, it is a course which have innovations in every hour .In fact it changes from person to person according to choices.
I have designed online learning on TEACHABLE website which provides platform for online learning courses to users .In first week i developed an understanding about teachable platform feature. As i familiar with them , I have started development of my course. Chapter facility i have preferred rather than new courses.In one course, subchapters I have developed and within that, individual recipes embedded.Customers or students discussion and comments are there for user feedback.
Only change i can suggest for this platform is, directive links should be there. In my project plan, i have designed like if i click on menu, all categories should be there in a list and by clicking one, it should redirect to that recipe page. This feature should be there.


ETHICAL AND ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES:

Teachable is providing free version for non-professional user , so there is no more ethical issues available. It also provides privacy and policy to users.
For accessibility, I have designed user Enrolment form and login form. By that i can get knowledge of number of users. For user feedback, students discussion and comments are there.


TECHNOLOGY AND TECHNICAL LEARNING:

In my course, DIGITAL FORMATS used are Instructive formats(texture format) and powerpoint slides which students can follow directly. It is easy to implement.As shown in diagram,my course is based on reflect and personal learning.
As i said earlier, direct links for clicking a subject should be there( for redirect on that subject).
In project plan, I have designed a plan for individual recipes and user feedback which is successfully implemented on a teachable platform . Categories are designed by individual lectures and items are provided under that categories. For example, in INDIAN VEGETARIAN RECIPES lunch,dinner and breakfast are categories. TEA PARATHA recipe is available in a breakfast section. Appearance is like,

PEDAGOGICAL ISSUES:

This course is only available in text and powerpoint  slides format which provides less visual effects than videos.

PROJECT PLAN:

PROJECT PLAN is beneficial for me to develop a course . Predefined tasks and chapters are implemented on design and developing content. Through the planning i have elaborated all item's recipe.

POSSIBLE IMPROVEMENTS:
In future, I will add some videos in my course to provide more actual and visual learning environment.

• The above link Provides the knowledge of android application development.It provides sample codes and designing guides.Downloading platform is first step mentioned here and than all step by step procedures are there.
• The reading lesson is very good with links .A developer with zero knowledge of android application development can also develop an application by following simple instructions.
• The Course provides coding samples.Section wise development guide is there.The   main point is , android( language) concepts are also there to understand before developing an application.

1. Learning from the course

• By learning This course,I am very clear with many online learning technologies.Everything is I fill like Cloud.Online learning with various methods is the base about this course.Like MOOC,Padagogies,online learning , one can learn  online.I feel Face to face lecture is an appropriate way of distance learning.
• All in all ,I am clear with many online learning concepts,sharing concepts, storage spaces, Web 2.0 tools and its use and Cloud computing which we are using routine life but,DLT has cleared all theoretical concepts. 

2. Learning Experience

• Learning online by face to face lecture was very good and effective foe me.Actually ,all online learning experiences are very good.MyWiki page was interesting and new for me.
• My eye of learning is changed totally.I fill Digital learning very useful for my further learning based on which i have learnt online. 

3. Improvements

• The course of digital learning is practical based and worth for students in my point of view.I think some group assignment or activity should be there for more effective interaction and idea interchange of students.

• Students can use feedback attribute and manage their studies.

All in all,E-Portfolio is beyond classroom activity of learning online by various E-tools.

CLOUD COMPUTING AND ITS TOOLS

• CLOUD COMPUTING :  Cloud computing is an online data storage which is accessible at any where,any time(with internet connection only) on remote servers in a cloud.

• TOOLS : There are many cloud tools available for storage and collaborations.For example slideshare,google blogger,slack,you tube,google drive.

Google Drive:

• Google Drive allows you to store and access your files remotely.It can be synchronized with your computer.It is provided by google itself. 
• It provides cost free space up to 15 GB.Beyond  that we have to pay for the space.
• Drive enables  files to  available on the web. You can directly share it from drive.
• Google Drive has its own mobile application which gives you access to your files on your iPhone or smartphone, at any place.
• It provides efficient built-in search engine.So that one can search online within a drive.
•  Google Drive uses image recognition technology  which actually recognize the content of your pictures. 

• PERSONNEL EXPERIENCE:
• I have stored my online data of 5GB. In that data ,i stored my imported documents,some photos and videos.
• Whenever I was away from home,It looks like very important to have access from anywhere.(online) 
• I have uploaded my resume from google drive on some sites,For example.

• PERSONAL LEARNING:
• When i was in my last semester of graduation,we have created one google group on drive .In that group our trainer was giving us programming training in class and assignments were there, on a drive.
• He was giving tutorials and for that We have to run specific code.If any error occur in running,we were sharing among all those and than we together were to found a solution.That's how i learnt by google drive.

• PEDAGOGY:

 It is method of teaching online by various tools like Powerpoint presentation ,videos,online lectures, Wikis etc...

• LEARNING ONLINE:

I generally refer google for any query,I have learned many cooking recipes by video lessons.In my educational work , i often use WIKI.From all of these, you tube video lessons are my favourite ones,
Because video lessons i feel more visual.They provide better understanding than audio and reading activities.

• TOOLS:

"An online learning tool is any software or online tool or service that can be used for your own personal learning or for teaching or training."

For particular users or authenticated persons only can use data. IN educational learning For example teachers can give lecture notes online to students and  assignments also.

• LEARNING EXPERINCE:

Mine is an experience of ONLINE LEARNING.When I was preparing about IELTS exam ,I have used IELTS CAMBRIDGE WEBSITE for listening,speaking and writing. Specially I have attended speaking lessons for more vocabulary and grammar. As I was not surrounded by English speakers I was watching video lessons every day before exam. Finally I achieved speaking fluency with English and I got 7.5 bands in IELTS.

As far study is concerned wiki is very useful tool for all of us.Even without going to collage we can learn by our own with wiki.
